Tuesday November 29th is a global day of giving that kicks off the charitable season where many are making decisions about end-of-year giving.
#GivingTuesday was started in 2012 as a response to the commercialization and consumerism of days like Black Friday & Cyber Monday and designed to give people a chance to give back.
On Tuesday November 29th , the Ann Arbor CIL would like to encourage sponsors, donors, volunteers, supporters, consumers, staff, friends and family to help the CIL give back to the community, from which it arose, through your generosity in supporting the services and programs offered at the CIL.
