Make art (and friends!) and learn about artists and new techniques in a relaxed social environment. Rotating through different media, we explore materials and processes in a guided manner. No previous experience is necessary. Materials provided.

FOR JUNE: Playing with Watercolor with Guest Facilitator Amy Everett
Learn how to let the paint do its own thing with this unique form of painting!
We’ll start out learning about all the odd quirks that make watercolor paint unique, and then go on to use common household items to create fabulous textures, as well as combining watercolor with other art media to further enhance your art. We’ll be focusing on fun, experimentation and learning new skills each class!

About the Guest Facilitator Artist
Amy Everett is a lifetime artist and professional graphic designer. Diagnosed with MS in 2006 and finding the Disability Network shortly afterwards, art has always provided a wonderful escape for her. She hopes you’ll enjoy the experimentation process and love the unexpected creations we’ll discover together in this workshop series.
